Beautiful, amazing house. Can't wait to go back!

Whether we were working or relaxing, our time at Sky House was a wonderful break. The view is amazing, there are so many different spaces for hanging out at the house, and the nearby walks on the beach and over the hill are wonderful. The house is well-equipped and the owner is super responsive. We loved our time there.

Unbelievable home. Every detail is exquisite. Incredibly modern yet warm. Too many amenities to name but every single adds to this relaxing environment. The hosts are consummate professionals, thoughtful individuals and excellent communicators. Our stay in this home has been one of the very few genuinely brilliant highlights of an otherwise unsettling 2020.

This is truly a luxury level home. The house was clean and well maintained but also very nicely furnished and decorated. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you need (even a stand mixer which was perfect when we baked a birthday cake!) The views are breathtaking and the location can’t be beat. We loved that all the bedrooms had beautiful ocean views and we enjoyed watching TV and movies in the cinema room. The enclosed courtyard shielded us from the wind while we used the BBQ and the additional heat lamps and fire tables kept us cozy and allowed us to enjoy the outdoors even as the evenings cooled down. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy watching the wildlife from the windows. Our little one loved seeing a family of deers each morning and evening and spotting the rabbits that ran in the fields. Edward was a wonderful host and answered all our questions promptly. We’ve already booked our next stay and can’t wait to return.

Sky House is absolutely incredible. From the stylish decor to the views to the movie room to the perfectly stocked kitchen, we had an idyllic stay and hope to be back.

We stayed as a family of 6 at Sky House for 9 days during July 2020. We had the best time. The house offers everything you might need on a luxury vacation amidst beautiful nature. The homeowner is very responsive and helpful. Due to Covid-19 social distancing, we cooked everyday and the kitchen offered everything needed. The area offers the most amazing nature options for hikes, walks, etc. We had plenty deer on the property every day. Some days up to 10 deer would pass by, especially early mornings and early evenings. So fun! Thank you for a lovely stay!

This home has a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean. You won’t watch TV here—you will watch the ever changing sea and sky at sunrise and sunset. The home is a technological marvel and the lighting only enhances the natural beauty all around—even deer grace the green and rocky landscape. Our 80th birthday celebration in this home is one the whole family will never forget!

Breathtaking views - we'd get lost staring at the sea and watching the sunset from the expansive windows. Edward's accommodation is phenomenal and truly one of a kind! Very thoughtful design and touches + well-curated art. Definitely taking inspiration from here and applying it to my own space!

Incredible stay - easily the best designed Airbnb we've ever stayed in! The views are wonderful and the house has everything you need; we barely left on the first day of our stay because it was so inviting. If you do manage to leave though the location is great - walkable to the beach, close to the towns of Tomales and Marshall. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely magical few days at Sky House. Edward was incredibly responsive and the instructions for how to enter, be in, and leave the home were detailed and clear. Every amenity was carefully thought through from the yoga mats to the essential oils and extra soft eye pads (to name just a few)! Aside from the sweeping ocean views which are constantly changing depending on the fog or sun, the high tech simplicity in design and function of the home was jaw dropping and inspiring. In fact- our girlfriends were all taking pics of things they appreciated in the home so they could do the same in their respective homes! You will not regret booking this home- we can't wait to return!!!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s magical and unique, thoughtfully designed and exquisite. It created beautiful moments for our group celebrating a birthday. This may be one of the most beautiful places you’d ever stay in.

This place is awesome! Everything about our weekend getaway was perfect. The home is stunning, great views, its well equipped for anything from a hot tub and sauna to cooking dinner for 12. It was hard to do much as we were riveted by the stunning views. Edward is a wonderful host. Enjoy, we will be back.

Plus, the breathtaking views and nearby beach make this location an ideal getaway. Edward and Natalia were super fast in getting back to me when I reached out and so accommodating. The owners went above and beyond in designing this home. It had spectacular views and was a seamless process. Highly recommend.

This place is incredible. It’s even better in person than the photos suggest. The house is open and spacious. The views from every side of the house are gorgeous. There’s no clutter and big windows and glass doors that open up to let in the breeze and the landscape. The high on a hill location lets you survey the beach, ocean and Point Reyes from the relaxing interior. The large kitchen is a pleasure to cook in with fancy appliances and again great views. The bedrooms had comfy foam mattresses and nice sheets. The bathrooms were huge and decked out with bidets and rain showers. And, most importantly for me who is allergic to everything, there was not the slightest hint of mold (amazing for a seaside property), or dust, or pet hair. It was super clean and truly the perfect retreat. I can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at the Sky House! incredible house with all the amenities, fantastic view, and immaculately clean. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub overlooking the ocean and watching the plethora of deer in the yard and hillsides. Very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen had state of the art appliances and was well stocked with spices, etc. Excellent internet with a house ipad for your use if needed. Oh, and lastly, excellent bedding--very comfortable!!

Not to be mistake for hyperbole; this the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. State of the art, custom home, with beautiful features, and creature comforts. It was pricey, but our jaws dropped when we stepped inside. What an amazing location and marvel of architecture. We hope they will have us back :-)

This property by far has been the most impressive and beautiful property we have stayed in. The cleanliness in every room of the house is a key factor in any stay, this house went above and beyond that. Married to a chef, the kitchen set up is important. This kitchen was amazing and made our stay even better. The amenities can’t be quantified as we were 100% impressed. We will definitely refer this place and we will be back!!

Tony Stark + MOMA is how I would describe the Sky House. The interior design is modern and minimal yet it retains the warmth and inviting feel of a regular home. The open and airy view of the ocean is breath taking! To top it off, Edward is an amazing host and very responsive!

My wife and I just spent 3 nights here. It’s very rare that I’m left speechless. This is one of those times, wow just wow. This house did not disappoint.

I've stayed at a fair amount of homes, but the Sky House was by far my favorite. It is an absolute dream. The most modern everything, everywhere in the property. Edward was an amazing host as well, quick to respond and extremely gracious. Will definitely be back!

Edward was a great host and very responsive. The house was very large and modern with all the fancy details you could ask for (and a few you didn’t know were even options). Radiant floors in all the bathrooms and kitchen made it so cozy and the multiple bedrooms made sleeping two families very easy. The best though were the amazing views of Dillon beach and bodega bay out there massive windows.

This house is EVERYTHING it claims to be. It has absolutely stunning views. The interior is super well done with thoughtful touches everywhere including heated floors, awesome lighting throughout and a quality sound system. It is a great place to have some quality time with friends and/or family. Edward was very easy to coordinate with. Definitely recommend booking this house.

What can I say this place was heaven. Cozy fires overlooking gorgeous views every night. Between controlling the colored lighting throughout and every surface being heated it felt like we were living in the future. Thank you Edward!

This is a hyper-modern electronic "smart" home in a terrific location. In a modest-sized development but close to nature (we had 8 deer in our backyard one morning). Great for a large family gathering (we had 9, with three generations). It is well-equipped with cookware (great knives!) so no need to bring pots or implements to cook unless you have unusual needs. Outdoor spaces are private and protected from wind allowing you to stay outside even if weather isn't great. The nearby beach is huge and beautiful, perfect for boogie boarding or surfing if you bring a wetsuit. Eating out, or hiking in Point Reyes will require an excursion, but a manageable one.

Stunning location with sweeping ocean views. Peaceful and mesmerizing. The house itself is modern and stylish, with all the high tech amenities. Rooms are a bit short on storage space, but the beds are super comfortable, even the fold-out. Amazing views from every room. Charming outdoor spaces with heat lamps and firepits. Our family loved the spa and sauna, the open floor plan and comfy couch. Edward was very responsive and helpful. All in all a great place for a get-away weekend.

This house is amazing! The views are breathtaking and the house is spectacular in every way. It is brand new, designed and built with love. Every detail is thought through. Every bedroom is different, with interesting furniture, super-comfortable firm mattresses, nice bedding, and really cool lights. All of the bathrooms are modern, beautiful, and super clean. The upstairs common area is really spacious and well designed. There are 2 patios: an open one overlooking ocean, and an enclosed one. On a warm day, you can open the huge sliding doors to connect the indoor and the outdoor space. The enclosed patio is extremely cozy - with a fire pit, heater, comfy sofas, and blankets provided by the hosts you can hang out late into the night, no matter how cold it gets. The kitchen is slick, modern, and well stocked with everything an amateur chef might want. It is a smart house in every way: the locks, the lights, the kitchen, the sound system, the toilets, the showers, you name it. There's also a brand new awesome sauna downstairs, and an outdoor jacuzzi on the downstairs deck with a million-dollar view. All of us (4 couples + 4 kids) absolutely LOVED it! We walked down to the beach, we had oysters nearby, we marveled at the views, and we really enjoyed hanging out at the house. Edward was extremely responsive to every question, accommodated all of our requests, and was a super gracious host. I wish we could stay here every weekend!

Sky House, Dillion Beach is probably in our Top 3 vacation rental experiences of all time and definitely one of the best homes in Dillon Beach. Everything exceeded our expectations! Edward was extremely kind, accommodating and present when we had questions. The Sky House photos are great, the home in person is even better. The house is extremely considered in every aspect. Beautiful architectural details, spacious open floor plans and contemporary accents blended with the breathtaking views through unobstructed floor to ceiling windows. Front facing balcony contrasted by the rear protected courtyard were both so enjoyable with their fire tables. Each bedroom was perfectly appointed and comfortable. Music in every room, radiant heated floors a smart home interfering with the environment. The list goes on and on. We could not imagine a better weekend in one of our new favorite locations. We can’t wait to return to Sky House and Edward once again. Thank you!
